The Plan

The Mayfair Neighbourhood Plan was shaped during 5-years of consultation and conversations with local residents, businesses and visitors. The Mayfair Neighbourhood Forum helped refined these views into objectives, policy initiatives and the overall vision to make Mayfair the most desirable and attractive area of London in which to live, work and to visit.

The Plan is a planning policy document which development in Mayfair should comply with, and it captures four policy areas: Public Realm, Growth Areas, Enhancing Experience and Building on Heritage.
